Hello! I’m so glad you are curious about The Time Capsule Club! What is it? The Time Capsule Club is a photography membership where you split the cost of your annual photography session(s) into monthly payments. That, plus a couple awesome perks.
When you sign-up for The Time Capsule Club you are:
1. Giving me permission to keep contacting you until you are on my calendar. This is what I need personally, because it is so easy to forget to sign-up even when it is on my list of things to do.
2. Getting a special rate for your photo session. (You also get discounts on all the add ons!)
3. Helping me have a consistent monthly income. This makes my personal budgeting so much easier and I deeply appreciate it.
BUT THE BIGGEST PERK: New in 2025, being in The Time Capsule Club will be the only way to be on my fall family session calendar.
In addition to a special rate you will also receive every image from your session, an online archive that acts as a digital time capsule, AND you will also enter the year knowing that you will have a set of incredible images to mark 2025.

Your online gallery will hold all of your images from every year we work together. It grows and acts as a one stop spot where you can find all of the images we make together.
How does The Time Capsule Collective simplify my life?
When building The Time Capsule Collective, I thought about what I would want if I were a client. And here is what I came up with:

Rest easy with an online archive. No more worrying about whether you backed up your images, I will back them up for you. They will live in your online gallery for as long as I am in business. Build your own membership! I’m keeping the packages simple with lots of add-ons. You decide how many sessions you want (the more you plan to book the bigger the savings). That’s it. Need a stress-free album or an annual headshot? Add it on.

FAQ
Now that you are focusing on branding, will you have time for our family session?
While I can’t guarantee that a specific date and time will be available when you go to sign up, I will be sure that you get on the calendar before the end of the year. In 2025 I will be focusing my attention on the branding side of my business! I am so excited for this. BUT I still love my families! The only way to guarantee a session with me is to be a part of the club. Fall slots will be exclusively available to Time Capsule Club folks. I will still be doing family photography sessions for referrals and returning clients in the Spring and Summer. I will max the membership out at 15 spots this year, so that I feel confident I can offer prime spots to all my members.
WILL I GET MY PHOTOS RIGHT AWAY, EVEN IF I’VE ONLY MADE ONE OR TWO PAYMENTS BEFORE THE SESSION?
Yep! Once you sign-up and make that initial payment, you can book your session immediately. You will receive your gallery on my normal schedule (typically 2-3 weeks after the session), and will be able to download your files as soon as you have access to the gallery.
if I sign-up, am I automatically enrolled for next year?
No, but you will have first dibs on next year’s spots. I hate unsubscribing, so I won’t make you. When you join The Time Capsule Collective you are committing to one year of payments. You will not be automatically enrolled for next year. There are limited spaces and those spots will be opened first for people who are already a part of The Time Capsule Collective.
