Emma is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist in San Francisco, California. She believes in tackling metabolic diseases with a food first approach. Emma helps clients live the lives the desire by helping them understand nutrition and incorportating that knowledge into their daily lives. This sometimes looks like helping clients make menu selections in advance from favorite restaurants or altering ingredients to favorite recipes.

Emma wants to bring the real real to her industry. So we photographed her in her real kitchen, with her real dishes, making real food she actually eats
