At Home with Baby Asher [A Newborn Photography Session]
There are few things like meeting an iddy biddy in the first days of life. The photos I have of my boys in those early moments are some of my favorite and most transporting photos. Those first days are so fleeting and blurred by lack of sleep. Looking at those images brings me back to how their weight felt against my chest and how tiny their toes really were. Being able to capture this time for others is one of the best parts of my job.
I felt so lucky to meet this bundle after he had been outside his mommy's tummy for only nine days! What a sweetheart. It was such a joy to watch his big sister snuggle him and how happy and content he looked wrapped in the arms of his parents. Thank you Adiel and Sean for inviting me to photograph such a special time!
